What platform are you on(norstar, BCM, and Meridian all have different call pilots), and what version of CP?

its an option 11 Meridian switch and the call pilot password does not let me in anymore HELP!

Can you contact your vendor? They normally have their own password and can reset yours. If not they can most likely help you anyhow but at a fee!!
