Help with Web Photo Album

I have several questions, but for starters I am doing a web page for a real estate firm. I am using the web photo album command in DW to post the listing sheets for the houses. You can check it out at

When I update the page with one new house I need to delete all the files on my hard drive and completly redo the photo album command, which isn't that big of a hassle. However, I then need to reupload all of the images again. Is there a way to do this without starting from stratch?
