Help with Station Status

I am fairly new to the world of Definity programming/administration, so forgive me if I leave something out. We are running a Definity G3si V11. Three users reported that their phones are not getting dialtone (yesterday they were all working fine). There is a 24-port digital card in one of the slots on the switch.

I ran "status station XXXX" on the three stations and they are all "pending" not complete. There are other stations that are on digital ports on the same card, but they are working successfully. I have six extensions in total (assigned to six ports on this same 24-port card) that are all showing the same "pending" status. However, the other extensions/ports are working fine.

Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? Or is there a way that I can reset the individual port on the card? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
I would busyout and release the station as the first step.
 
Thanks for the feedback. It actually was a problem with an Extender configuration. The three users were in a remote building and one of our digital extenders gateway address was configured incorrectly. Thank you for the input.
