help with some proxy line in INTERNET options

hi to all,
I think i was hack, by some thing like a script, after weekend, my browser IE 6, not load, in any time and i go to look for some temps, and cookies, after doing some cleanig it dont work, and found in the options,connections,lan settigs,is a mark in configuration script, and has it,

http://proxycfg.marketscore.com/gencfg.asp?id1=dK2xA2G2Nh6&id2=U1e0btwUq5f&lp=1&nsv=5.1.1.1

How can i do, to delete this line.
