I have a switch with VoIP which works fine.
But now need to add an IP trunk to a different office on a completely different network.

I used sepearate C-Lan's and Med-Pro's and created a new network region for the setup.

E.g. C-LAN A and MedPro A are on: 10.102.X.X
C-LAN B and MedPro B are on: 192.24.X.X

When i make a call on the new trunk group it creates the connection using the correct C-Lan (B) on the correct IP range but uses Med-Pro (A) that is used on the other Region and so will never pass voice through it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

inkfid,

you need to configure ip-network-map for correct mapping of ip addresses to the network regions. by default all addresses belong to region 1.
