Help with range limits

I got a report with range limits between a from membernumber and to membernumber, the problem is i cant make that range work, i got error saying there is no record but there is!, i mean when i run my project i get this error message: "There are no records available to process" but there is records from 1 to 9, i tried for example a range from 1 to 3 and i got this error, i got on Range Limit Field: mem:numem, limit type: "Range Of Values", low: var:repfro, hight: var:repto, i got on FILES my key by membernumber, i dont know what to do, any idea?

Where are you setting the values of the From/To Member Number? It should be in the ThisReport.Init embed or before the parent call of ThisReport.OpenReport embed. What's happening is because the values are not set in the right place.
