Help with P4 bus and memory speed

I have a p4 2.26 533 FSB processor. The processor is only running at 1.7Ghz since the motherboard, intel 850, that it is on will only support 400mhz FSB.

If I place the switch to a board with 533 FSB support, will the processor run at 2.26 or will the fact that the RDRAM runs at 400, bring the processor back to 1.7Ghz?

Here's a tidbit about USB on 3 of the 850 boards:
 
The CPU clock multiplier will likely have to be adjusted in the BIOS.

On a 133MHz FSB (133 x 4 = 533), the Intel CPU you have is expecting a multiplier of 17 (133 x 17 = 2260).

However since your FSB is only at 100MHz (100 x 4 = 400), you'll need a multiplier of at least 22 to get close to the rated speed.
