Anyone here ever install the ASAI package for the Conversant?

I've got a Conversant IVR v8 on a G3R with MAPD.
So that I can get ANI, DNIS, UCID, I need to install the ASAI package.

We bought all this in the past, but it was never installed. The guy who was in charge when this was bought left just as the product was delivered so this was still in a sealed avaya bag when I dug it out.

INTUITY Adjunct/Switch Application Interface Package (i486) V8.0

I tried to get Avaya to help, but they want an insane amount of money to even look at it, regardless if I have a service contract. Something about opening a PSO project. :p~

I'm pretty far along, with the help of GuzaPasha, some other postings I've read here and all the docs from Avaya's support site. But I still seem to be missing something.

To see how far we've gotten, look at thread690-471490 .

If it's not something simple, anyone know someone I can contract for a reasonable price to help install this?

Thank you all!

Hi FoneFun,

here I am again, intall it again, once system will ask you for the MAPD address. Did you put it there?

maybe you will have to restart the v8.0
