Help with hotspots!!

Hi guys
I have created a header image for a corporate website which contains the menu titles in the image. What I want to do is have a drop down menu which invokes when the mouse pointer hovers over the text. I have created the hotspot but am getting lost when it comes to creating and linking the drop down menu or jump menu.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I am using an old version of Dreamweaver it v 4.
