Help with data merg

I have two tables. Table one has three fields but only field 1 and field three are used. Field one is a number and three is a name. I am wanting to dosplay the name only when I do a quire of the other table. Table two is all numbers field one is the master that I need to have shown and all that are assigned to it using the names from table one field three. Can anyone help.

What I'm wanting to do is in table AS field 1 should = field 3 then out puls it when requested below.
From table DL I am wanting whereever field 3 from table AS is found in the fields by line 11 to outpule the names assigned to each relating to field 11 of DL.

I hope this makes sence.
