Help with Continuous Mode

Ok, first off, I'm new to Tapeware so bear with me.

One of our servers houses a Pervasive 8 database. We bought Open File Manager to handle open files during backups because we are a 24/7 site. For some reason, OFM crashes our server.

I heard that Tapeware has the ability to kick the database into what is called Continuous Mode. I guess Pervasive is already designed to deal with open files during backups.

Can anyone walk me through the steps to setting this up in Tapeware so I can get at least one good backup??
