I have some cdr call records that seem to overlap each other from a single DN. I have 1 DN that has a call duration that would run into the next call that it made. Can someone explain this. My understanding is that the first call duration is 4358 seconds which = 73 minutes and the second call duration is 2744 seconds or 46 minutes.

Thanks-

if I'm not mistaken it would be AA:BB:CC aa is hours bb is minutes and cc is seconds. the 004358 would be 43 minutes and 58 seconds. the second is 27 minutes and 44 seconds. I will check to be sure and if it is different I will let you know.

I think this was a conference call record. Y records are conference calls and would explain these records.

I think you are right. I was confusing another report for something else that is in seconds. This makes much more sense.

Thank again!

I think Y records are PSTN records. Does anybody know what
"J" records are? I found some of these type and can't find any documentation on for it.

Here is the record. I am not sure what the 929 number is. It falls in the call duration column. I have several of these.

J041222 130333C 060 00 73841 T006023 1222 1324 929500109001

J041222 130354C 063 00 73941 T006022 1222 1325 929650309200

Y = Public Network Feature Invocation
I can not find "J" either

Still looking for someone who knows what the "J" record is.

What RLS Software are you running on the switch?

Is this as seen on the standard tty or is it possible something is being translated and displaying the "J"? I, too, haven't been able to spot any J records listed in the docs.

I know there are some CDR enhancements with the Succession platform but I don't have any books on it. Could it be something there?
