Help with CallPilot

Hi,

I have a question about CallPilot on Succession rls 4.0. In CallServer Core 0 (CS1000E) I made the Default ACD, ACD queue agents and CDNs for Callpilot ver 2.02. After i made the Configuration wizard on CallPilot and after reboot the CAllPilot I have an error and this error is about "CallPilot Blue Call Router". The CDNs are acquired but the 2008 telephone are not. Somebody have any idee about this ?

Make sure that your ELAN and CLAN are not in the same subnet. Also double check that the VAS/ELAN is configured correctly.

I sure that the ELAN and Clan are not in the same subnet. The VAS and ELAN look like this:

and on Ld 48 the staus of ELAN it's OK:

I still don't know why the CallPilot give me the message!

Do you use virtual TN's? Is the CP 201i? If it's 201i you will have to configure the physical TN's on where the card is located.

Common mistake with config wizard is setting customer number to the number on keycode sheet - it should be 0 (if your pbx customer number is 0)

This will create the problems you discribe
