First of all long time no see to this forum!

We had a consultant make some changes to our IP office that caused a call routing issue in India. Basically when users in India attempt to call other numbers in India on the IP office system they get the message 'waiting-for-line.' There is a short code for India 901101N, and that short code is an ARS for India:

901191N ON line group ID 11

11 is an IP trunk to India.

So basically they can't call India from India. Unfortunately no one really knows that changes the consultant made and the Audit log is vanilla at best.

Any idea's?

Also there seems to be this short code:
91XXXXXXXXXX 91N Dial, local users in India dial 91.... to call locally. Would this short code be preventing that?

Is there a backup config on the management computer?

can you attach the config to the reply?

Yes there is. Looking at it now and I dont see that ARS entry on the older configs.. I need to scrub the config before posting it but not sure how to do that?
