Help with automating Exchange

I need to automate Exchange so that the moment a new message cones into a user's Inbox, it gets spooled to the printer driver. Is there any event I can tap into? A script I should write?

Is this even possible with Exchange or should I concentrate on outlook?

ANY help/thoughts, please
