Yesterday I installed Apache Server and it was working fine on my machine. I have domain name from Godaddy and assigned namservers (hosting) from information I got from ZoneEdit.com. I did as follows in instructions from dslwebserver.com and when going to the domain name, I was getting login for my router (linksys). So after a while, I assumed that it was due to my ports not being open. I tried opening port 80 on my router and that still didn't work. So I then assumed that my ISP (Comcast) must be blocking port 80. So I followed instructions with the domain fowarding to establish the site on a different port #...Still not working.. I shut off my McaFee and the XP firewall is off.
I've also checked my ports on stealthscan and shieldsup and it seems like all the ports are stealth. Could it be that Comcast blocks all ports?
Anways here's what my settings look like, if it helps any:
On Apache:
listen 8000
server
On linksys:

On zonedit:
Help would be hugely appreciated on this, as i'm a bit of a newbie as to establishing a server...Also I'm guessing it would be better to set up on port 80, so if someone thinks that is possible, it would be great.
Thanks!
