help with activeX components

hello.

i;m tryying to use two components and they don't work, they are spssgctl.ocx and spsspvt.ocx, why? and where can i download them again ? or what can i do ?

What are the errors that you are getting? Have the controls been registered with your OS? If not you can manually register them with regsvr32.

it says "it can be loaded", and actually i find them on my OS, and they are there but i can't use it.

what do u mean with regsvr32. ?

regsvr32 is a small program that manually registers the controls with the OS so the OS knows where they are and is able to use them.

To use regsvr32, got to Start|Run and type

regsvr32 "C:\full path\yourcontrol.ocx"

and then click OK.

Make sure your path is correct and all spelling is correct.

Or you could go to Start|Run and type regsvr32 then using Explorer locate the ocx and drag and drop on in the run window.
