I am trying to push down a registry key with a gpo. I only want to apply it to certain machines, not all of them, and I don't want to apply it to users.

I have created the OU and placed the machine in it. I have configured the GPO for the computer settings, and applied the permissions. I have also created a group and made sure the machine was in the group. I assigned permissions to the group and the machine.

I've done it a number of ways, but I want to run it as a script (VB) so I added it to the logon scripts.

It just doesn't run. I don't get any error messages or anything, its like it isn't there.

Well, dummy me, when testing I was logging off, but a machine policy is applied on restart ( I think ).
