Hello -- I'm hoping to get help with a report I'm working on. The detail section includes supply number, description and quantity, and is broken down by department. Some depts. have the same supply listed, but a different quantity.

For the report footer page I need it to list the supply numbers, descriptions and quantities again. This time it won't be broken down by department. However, the quantity portion needs to add them up. For example:

Dept: Accounting

#### Stapler 6
#### Paper 50
#### Pencils 20

Dept: Transportation

#### Paper 75
#### Pens 25

Now the report in this case would just have this:

#### Stapler 6
#### Pencils 20
#### Pens 25
#### Paper 125

I think that makes it pretty clear what I want. I'm just not sure how to get it to do the following:

1. List the supply numbers used for all departments.
2. List the descriptions for those supply numbers used.
3. Calculate the quantity to where it combines repeated
supply numbers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am in a time crunch here. Thank you so much!!!

Michelle :)
