All-
I'm in the process of currently trying to setup a VPN connection for a small business using Routing and Remote Access (RRAS) in Windows 2003, behind a NS25 firewall.
If anyone has tried this before, I would greatly appreciate any direction on what steps to take after initially setting up RAS within the server, because I am pretty much stuck right now.
1. Windows2003 server has private ip address
2. NS25 has two external VIP's and 2 External MIP's already.
3. I have setup a custom service for GRE on port 47.
4. I have an external ip address that i've setup dns on w/ our ISP for ease of client setup.
My problem right now is when i setup an MIP w/ the external ip address pointing to the internal ip adddress of the server, and allow IKE, pptp, l2tp and GRE protocols in the policy, i still cant even connect to the VPN from inside the network. Please advise if anyone has run into something like this before and/or has setup RRAS w/ Netscreen products.
Thanks in advance
