help w/ licensing

I need some help with licensing issues:

I have a w2k server(2 cpu) with iis 5.0 and sql server 2000

We host 10 websites for 10 clients on the server. Each site has its own database on the server

There is no windows authentication; 9 web sites use regular anonymous authentication. regular internet websites

One site uses authentcation in which the usernames and passwords are in the SQL database, no windows authentication.

What exactly do I need to buy, please explain
a. 1 w2k server license?
b. 1 sql server license?
c. How many Internet Connector licecenses for IIS?
d. How many Internet Connector licecenses for SQL?
