Help Virus cannot be removed

Hi all,
I am facing a problem with my XP desktop. It seems a virus is there, which i cannot detect and remove. the problem is that I cannot type any thing, .i.e whenever I type, the write is erased autmatically, and when I go in any folder i am put back to the desktop. I cannot open My COmputer, it straight goes to desktop item in the explorer. I also scanned anti-virus and did trend micro house call online scan, but it didnt detect or remove it. Seems there are two exe running, which when i end the process, it stops, but when i restart the PC its back again.

Try using Safe Mode.

Run your Scans from there.

Small programs that works well... is HIJACKthis and Toolbar cop... and if you know the names of the VIRUS/TROJANs while in safemode...change the name.. you also might try ctrl+alt+del to stop the program before you run your scanners...(google the program many times you can find a solution on removal there also.)
