Help upgrading PDC including mailboxes

I need to ditch an old server running Windows 2000 Small Business Server & transfer all the user accounts and exchange information (calenders / mailboxes / contacts) to the new one - anyone got any bright ideas of an easy way to do this?

Notes: I can kill the whole network for about half a day if I need to!
