HELP!! Trying to establish serial connection Easy 4U Impossible 4Me

Hi,

My company has bought perhaps the wrong equipment for a project, but we are going to have to keep it now.

Only basic ethernet switching and a terminal server function was required, but we have:

Cisco 2811 Integrated Services Router
HWIC-4ESW Ethernet Module
NM-4a/s Network Serial Module

All I need to do is configure the 2811 so that I can connect via the network to the Serial1/0 port on the NM-4a/s, which is then connected to the serial port on a Sun V120.

Any help, please! your my only hope...
