Help to send an e-mail

I need to create a new message using the default mail client attaching a file when opening.

I could do it without any attachment but I cannot find the way to do it with attachments.

What is the default mail client? That will have a bearing on the coding.

If there are different ways depending on the client, let's say Ms Outlook that is the most used.
