Our company has had a lawsuit brought against them and we need to present our lawyers with emails from all who are involved. We have gathered local .pst storage files and exmerge .pst files of the users' mailboxes. My question is do you guys know of a way that I can take these multiple .pst files and get them into MS Access so that the lawyers can view them all at once, search, etc.?

What I have tried:

-Import\Export feature in outlook. I tried to setup each .pst file in my own MS outlook and run the import\export utility. However I can only select one folder at a time to export to accees. Too time consuming to go through each folder.

- Mail2Excel program - not a very robust app, crapped out on .pst files over 100MB.

Please help.

Thanks in advance

If your strorage is Netapp, the SMBR utility is an OEM version of Ontrack powercontrols.

I'd doubt PST files can be used as you can modify the emails.

Another option would be to put everything into Public Folders.

Thanks guys. I wound up using an app called AID4MAIL. It allowed me to extract all of the messages in the various .PST files to a file. The lawyers could then use normal search tools to cull through the files.
