Help!!! Switch Port / Trunk Ratio...

When I did my Cisco Switch ( BCMSN ) course we did a part on Trunks and what your trunk ratio should be per user.... I.E If a switch had 200 Users, the recommended bandwidth to connect those users to the distribution layer and core layer should by X. ( I.E Over subscription )

I cannot find this documentation anywhere. Can anyone help?
