Hi,

I have installed CRM 4 on our SBS 2003 server, and for the main part it works well.

I do have issues as follows and would appreciate any help to solve these:

1). Email router. I have tried to set up the email router using our internal server path as the server ( and when I try to test the connection, on incoming I get a 403 - Authentication Denied error. Using any other path gets me a 440 timeout error. I have tried using system login, user login and other login, no change.

2). Unsubscribe - I have created an unsubscribe button in quick campaigns, and the unsubscribe return email gets delivered and tracked, but does not select the do not send email attributes.

3). IFD deployment. This is a real nightmare! I want to be able to access our crm from outside using and have that route to the server crm. What do I need to add and where? I have tried adding an entry in the HOSTS file, I have tried adding dns records but that is almost beyond me!

If anyone can assist I would be very grateful.
