Dear all,
My problem is one-way talk path which means when I received an incoming call, I can hear caller's voice, but he can't hear me. it happened so randomly, there are 400 IP phones(4602SW & 4620SW), I received more than 10 compains each week.
A special characteristic is when I received a one-way call,I hold it then re-pick it up. Normaly talk path resumed, the problem disappeared.

My system configuration is S8700 1.3.2 Patch 7318. 3 CLAN(one for Intuity) 2 Medpro. All of the circuit firmware has been upgrated to the lastest version.

One way speech path is normally codec mismatch. Are you using network regions?

Is this in internal calls?
We experienced a similare issue. If you are using network regions ensure that page 3 on the change ip-network-region form is completed with codec's and call limits etc between regions.
Also ensure you have the latest software version S8X00-02.0-00.1.224.0 which had a fiz for Call Admission Control problems.

Thank you for your reply
All of the IP Phones are in the same network-region(region 1) used codec G.711A.
Internal calls haven't met 1-way problem. It happened when there is a incoming call from outside.

"S8X00-02.0-00.1.224.0" it's CM 2.0 software?
