Help: Runtime error 3447: the Jet VBA file failed to initialize.

I am using VB 6.0 and I am trying to run a Package & Deployment Wizard generated installation. I have checked the answers previously and the Expsvr.dll file is included in this package. The operating system is Windows 2000. The exact error message is :

The Jet VBA file (VBAJet.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJet32.dll for 32-bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try reinstalling the applications that returned the error.

Re-installing doesnt fix it .. any suggestions?
