HELP REMOVED EXCHANGE NOW GET WINMAIL.DAT

Hello all,

I have recently removed an exchange server from a company of 7 users because there was no one to manage it full time.

I set them up on a direct web mail server through the phone company. However since then when they send mail with attachments the receiver gets a file called winmail.dat and they do not receive the attachment.

i have tried all different settings in outlook and nothing seems to work. e.g. rich text, HTML, plain text etc.

Any assisstance would be greatly appreciated.
