Help registering before importing web part PivotTable

I created several web parts from the PivotTable template.
I have exported these and when trying to import to a different system I was told I need to register the Web Part.

I am confused about what I need to register because this is not a Custom Web Part.

What do I need to register and can someone please point me or provide some instructions?

Web Parts was not installed.
Installing now.
