I purchased it on ebay but it came with a blank bootflash and no pcmcia card. Can anyone tell me how to get an IOS loaded into bootflash or offer to program a pcmcia for me? Thanks.

That's Catalyst. I should have proof read before posting. Sorry.
You don't say how far it is booting up so I will assume it is going into rommon mode. This link might help.

It is stuck in ROMMON mode. I have a pcmcia card ordered but I don't have gear to copy an image to it. I was looking for someone who could do that for me. Thanks.
