Help. Problem with domain controller!

I have a network with 2 domain controllers with both win2k server machines. My primary domain controller went accidentally down. Now I must elect my secondary dc to primary in order to create accounts, ecc... while the primary dc is being fixed... Any Idea?

You will need to read up on using the ntdsutil.exe program to sieze all of the fmso roles.
