When trying to change color using the color picker, multiple copies of help continue to open. When I do a Crtl Alt Delete, I can close the help windows, but as soon as I return to Photoshop, the help windows open again. It has been as many as 12 windows at a time. This problem has occurred on three different computers, but occurs each time students try to change the color using the color picker.
Have you experienced this? How can the problem be corrected? We must just shut down and restart to cancel the problem.
