Is there someone who can help me setup our trunk group (ISDN). First is we ordered an ISDN E1 There are no DDI numbers attached to PRI. only one main calling number. how can I configure it wherein I will be able to route it to a vdn number. because the pupose of the line is to have a calling number then will route to the agents via vdn, vector and skill. If I have the main number 866-1234 how would I be able to route it to a vdn number? lets say vdn 3456. Thank you in advance
