I am trying to set a local user policy to restrict most of the folders and programs, because the workstation will only work with Excel 2000. I did manage to apply this policy but it only works using Local Group Policy and even when I log as administrator the policy is in place and I am unable to work until I make the changes necessary. How can I apply this policy only for users????????
System is: Windows 2000 Pro SP2
App: MS Excel 2000 SR-3
