Help on changing format to percentage in a word doc - from Excel

'bookmarked document"
1. r these ranged bookmarks, or simply location marker bookmarks?
2. r these form fields? (which show as "bookmarks" in the bookmarks dialog...but are sorta not really bookmarks, but are..kind of. If they are Form Fields that u r putting data from Excel into, then:
a) y r not inserting "fields" probably, but r inserting data
b) if textbox FormFields, simple make the Type = Number, and the Number format %.
