I am going to check the web, but thought I would start here. I have an administrator's pc that needs the outlook (XP Standard) calendar shared giving his secretary editor permissions. I have gone to tools, delegates and added her, however the permissions button is grayed out when I highlight her name. He is working from personal folders as his PST is 250mb (ugh!). His secretary is unable to open his folders from her pc at this point.

Any fast advice? Thanks in advance!

It's only possible with the calender/mail store
on exchange not in local pst files.

I got it to work using the mailbox rather than personal folders. Thank you for the quick response!

Another thing you can do
is to give the secretary "send on behalf permissions"
in exchange.
The secretary can then open his mailbox as an additional mailbox assisting the boss with emails also.
