help needed: coldfusion stoped working after installing .net

Hi there, immediate help needed. The problem is..coldfusion stopped working after i installed .NET on my system. The webserver is IIS, i tried using macromedia's standalone server at 8500 port..but no use..any suggestions or help is really appreciated

can you post the error you get when you try to access CF pages? have you checked to see if CF services are running?

the cfm page doesn't even respond..this is what actually happened..after i installed .net, i couldn't open cfm pages(the page cannot be displayed shown)..so i uninstalled coldfusion and reinstalled it again..now IIS didn't work..i don't know what happened, so i installed IIS again, but even then i couldn't open cfm pages.. i removed coldfusion again and installed it on standalone server at 8500 port..it worked(cfm pages) for a while, but when i (shut down and..) login again to the system, it stopped working...i upgraded coldfusion to latest 6.1 standard and installed JRUN 4 ..the error shown was that it couldn't recognize any server or any services..this is weird and i am now lost ..

Sorry i didn't check this for a long time..It is sure always helpful when we put our solutions, i don't know whether this is helpful!!!..I think it could have some configuration error..i uninstalled coldfusion and installed again using IIS as my webserver. Though i tried it before like this during which i couldn't, but this time it worked.
