Hello All,
I am new to XML.
I want to know is it possible
to use or represent logical constructs
(eg <, >, =) or conditional constructs (IF THEN, ELSE, SWITCH, CASE) etc in some way
in XML.

Yes using XSL script you can use logical &amp; unary operators to disect your xml data
