Hello

Long story short we made some changes to one of our phone systems and it caused one of our remote sites to break. Right now all calls go to a hunt group from our remote office to our main site. However the phones at the main site are no longer there. So I need to forward any calls made a to specific number (which is pointed to a hunt group) to now route back out to a separate external number. I am not even sure I need the hunt group at this point but would like to retain if it if I need to fall back.

I believe the easiest would be to change the destination for that incoming line to an extension that simply forwards externally??

Just enter the external number into the destination field (including any prefix you dial) :)

remove all users from the HG and add a user that is forwarded unconditionally to the number you want this will do what you want. You can also do what you said and change the ICR to point to a user that is forwarded to the number.

amriddle01, I did that but not having any luck. This unit is Belgium and I am not sure how to format the number in the destination to make it ring correctly. Its forwarding to another EMEA number. +32 2 xxxxxxx forward to +32 3 xxxxxxx.

Any ideas?

I got it. Format is 0032XXXXXXXX.

Thanks amriddle@@@!!
