HELP!....Need to learn to publish Filemaker Pro on the web

Publishing the filemaker database on the web is possible in 2 ways as far i know.
1. Using CDML, defined as claris dynamic markup language. This is so easy , u can learn it in 4 days.
2. hummm sorry i don't remember the other, its been 3 yras i worked on filemaker.
