My box crashed on me and I need to get v.2.6.1 or later installed on it for recovery. Anyone have this version for Netscreen 100's?

Pretty much any Netscreen reseller should have the "or later" version. They'll charge you for it, of course, but that's why they are called reSELLers and reGIVErs!
