HELP: measure values sometimes disappearing!!!

ive created a cube that shows proper values whenever i use real dimensions. well, once i add virtual dimensions, it DOES also show the correct value

unfortunately, say after i restart the analysis manager console, and reprocess the cube, all values turn back to zero. and the only way i can get the values back is to delete ALL the virtual dimensions, and put them back ONE-BY-ONE...

does anyone experienced this before?

im using SQL 2000's Analysis Services
