HELP ME Plze about DIV tag in netscape

In Dreamweaver, when i set layers properties to DIV tags (not using the convert-layers-to -table function)and i try to preview my page in netscape 476, netscape DO NOT displays my layers properly
Of course when i set layers properties to LAYER it works in netscape but not in IE5.
I know it's because only DIV tags and SPAN tags are supposed to be held by both IE5 and netscape but netscape don't do it properly.
MAY anyone help me plze

When you say they are not displayed properly, what do you mean, they are in the wrong place, or just don't show up?

Netscape requires particular attention to be paid to syntax. "Alright whatever man, I'll hook up the hair, but I aint touchin the ring...Cause I'm still a pla--yer"
