Hi all,

On an xp machine, I had a problem with one of the profiles, and basically had to delete it, and reset it.

The problem is that most of our emails are kept on the exchange server, so that you can do what you want to the clients, but in this case, all the emails received were being filtered straight into the personal files folder.

now, I still have that profile, as a subfolder of my own profile, yet outlook is the only thing that no longer appears there. I have not deleted anything, is it possible that this particular outlook folder is still on that pc. if so, where is it.

And how do I configure it so that emails stay in the proper mailboxes?

Only thing I could think of was to try doing a full search on the machine/network drive for *.pst and make sure you have hidden files and folders turned on before you do the search. Then open up and pst files, and see if you can find the folder etc.
