Help Large Messages being bounced 2

Hi there

I have an exchange 2003 server. One external users needs to send us large mail 30MB pretty regulary. Our server is bouncing these back with;

This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

Not sure I have been looking in the correct place to change this and am now need to resolve this pretty urgently. The message does not reach any of the recipients in the target email address.

All the places both your articles pointed to had been checked. So I suspect some empty values that had replaced previous entries. thats all I can put it down to. Its OK now. However, appreciate both replies since it was useful to check against.
