Help in removing duplicate contacts within Outlook

I am assisting a physician who has combined multiple contacts lists into one contacts list inside of Outlook, but as a result has multiple duplicate entries in his contacts list. I am trying to find a way or a program that will be able to remove these duplicate entries. He has somewhere between 4000-8000 contacts in this list.

Any ideas?

export contacts via outlook to pst file choose option for not allow duplicates then import back into outlook
