Hello all,
here is my situation. We have an SQL Database that has account ifnromation, organized by sales territory and region.
What we want to do is have users like sales guys have in their public folders on the exchange server have folders for each account, that match the SQL Server...

For example
John Doe is sales rep of Territory Southwest
the SQL Server we have has Accounts 1 thru 10 on it
We want to replicate those on the public folder (which will then be created on his laptop when he connects t the exchange server)..
Also, say if Account #4 is reassigned to another sales rep, next time John Doe synchs his outlook, the Account #4 wioll be taken off his laptop local outlook folders...
Is there a software capable of doing this, or do we have to build a com object or something?
Please let me know. Thanks!
